Executive Director ICCTF
Andi Abikusno has
over 24 years of experience in operation field (financial, HR,
procurement), working with many national and international institutions
and NGO’s. He holds a Bachelors of Economic degree (S.E) from Gadjah
Mada University, which supports his career on finance and management
joined as Deputy Director Operation of Indonesia Climate Change Trust
Fund (ICCTF) since July 2017.
As the Operation Director Operation, he is
responsible for internal control, system set-up, financial
administration, annual work plan, and fiscal accountability of the
ICCTF. This also includes monitoring financial auditing on each ICCTF’s
projects.Before joining ICCTF,
Andi worked for several non-governmental international organization
focusing on global funding, partnership for development cooperation, and
conservation in UNDP’s Projects.
Project Team Leader of USAID
Sudaryanto was born in Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta on March 7th, 1965. Education at Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta Faculty of Biology majoring in Environmental Biology, graduated 1991.
His work experience began as a Civil Engineer of Aquaculture Technology at Lampung Mariculture Center (Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries) in 1991-2002, and has received Satyalancana Wirakarya award in 1997. Publication: a book of Grouper Cromileptes altivelis Hatchery and grow-out in 2001.
Furthermore, he works for NGOs (The Nature Conservancy-Flores, Marine Aquarium Council-Bali, LINI Foundation-Bali), some private companies (PT. Samawa Alam Lestari-Sumbawa, Multikonsultan-Jakarta, Trans Intra Asia-Jakarta), and individual consultant. Joined ICCTF since 2016 as Project Team Leader of USAID Program.
Project Team Leader of UKCCU
Eko Putranto joined as Project Team Leader of Project Management Unit (PMU) on United Kingdom Climate Change Unit (UKCCU) in ICCTF since September 2016. As Project Team Leader he is responsible for ICCTF-UKCCU’s project management, monitoring-evaluation and reporting. He graduated from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta University and got master degree in financial management from Krisnadwipayana University Jakarta in 2012.
Before joining ICCTF, Eko worked for several governmental and non-governmental organization focusing on partnership for development cooperation, multi donor facility for trade and investment climate, and financial management.
Mega Gusti Rama
Project Finance Manager
Mega Gusti Rama started working with the Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (www.icctf.or.id) in 2012 as Project Finance Officer, and was recently promoted to Project Finance Manager. As the Project Finance Manager, Mega is in charge of financial administration, cost management, and fiscal accountability of the ICCTF grant. This also includes financial auditing on each one of ICCTF’s projects.
Prior to joining the ICCTF, Mega worked as Finance Officer in several national and international institutions related to people’s welfare and prosperity such as Caritas Switzerland (www.caritas.ch) and World Health Organization (www.who.or.id). Besides having almost a decade of experience in the financial field, Mega has attended many management and financial conferences.
General Administration Manager
Siwi Handinah started working with the Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund in 2015 as Administration Officer, recently promoted to General Administration Manager. She is in charge of administrative works, event management, and support to operation and management of ICCTF.
Siwi holds a Bachelors Degree on Linguistic from Sebelas Maret University Solo. Previously, she has several administration working experiences in private sector and ministries since 1998. Trustworthy, hardworking and proactive describe her perfectly.
Finance & Accounting Manager
Anggri Heravanthi holds accountant certification from Airlangga University Surabaya. Prior to joining ICCTF, she has some finance experiences more than 12 years, in profit and non-profit organization.
She was working in some profit companies; developer company, chemical company, fiber optic contractor, some non-profit organization with Public Working Ministry in Water Resources and Irrigation Sector Management Program, and she also was working under UNDP Projects with Bappenas; People-centered Development Programme in Papua and West Papua, TARGET MDGs in Central Sulawesi, NTB, and NTT. Then she is familiar with profit and government accounting and finance procedure standards. She has been working in ICCTF since 01 November 2012 when ICCTF was still under UNDP Project.
She is still active at Finance Division of ICCTF until now, with one aim that she needs to witness and experience that ICCTF will accomplish its vision and mission in 2020 and beyond.
Jakfar Hary Putra
Liaison Project Manager
Jakfar Hary Putra, ST. is national expert with more than 8 years’ experience in environmental engineering and climate change issues. Jakfar holds bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering from Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB). He has involved and contributed in number of works for environmental engineering project such as waste, sanitation and water management. Through his career Jakfar also has been promoting mitigation action on climate change especially energy sector.
In August 2010, Jakfar joint the Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) as Environmental Engineering Officer under Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning (Bappenas). Through UNDP support in PREP-ICCTF project in 2011 - 2014, Jakfar was contributed as Project Officer and Energy Window Assistant that develop planning, monitoring and evaluation the funded project of ICCTF in energy sector. When ICCTF becoming National Trust Fund/Lembaga Wali Amanat (LWA) in 2015, He became part of management team of ICCTF as Energy Window Coordinator and promoted as Liaison Program Manager since 2018.
Prior joining ICCTF, Jakfar was Environmental Engineering Officer in Environmental Engineering Consultant Firm namely CV. Bunaken Jaya. He involved in national and local government project related develop planning and engineering design of waste, sanitation and water treatment infrastructure and operation.
Information Technology Manager
Sapto Kushardi is an IT Manager at Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) since 2015, with over 30 years experiences in Information and Technology sector in various national and multinational companies (UN-WFP, UNDP, Hospitals, Consultant agency and Oil & gas company). First joined ICCTF team at 2012 as IT Assistant. Now as IT Manager, he is responsible for the operational of network infrastructure, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Oracle system, and other ICCTF’s standard applications. He is also responsible for the inventory of state-owned assets.
He has Graduated from Gunadarma University Jakarta majoring Information and Technology Management in 1988 and attended various IT conferences and training in Indonesia or abroad. Responsible and strong in problem solving and user support describe him best.
